Zero waste production
We make our best to avoid waste in production. The “scotta” of our ricotta, for example, is a by-product of cheese processing which, instead of discarding, we transform into food for our farm animals.

We respect the environment and animal welfare to create delicious and 100% Italian cheeses.
Our cows are free to move, raised in large sheds and with easy access to food. They are fed with vegetables GMO free fodders and bran to ensure their healthy and natural milk.
